Kudex Launchpad
Kudex is the first fully functional AMM, Yield-Farm, Token Locker and now also, Launchpad on KCC.

πŸ“ˆ Ultimate User Experience

To provide our users with a comfortable experience, we've built our own
Launchpad where developers can create a token pre-sale and users can easily participate in token pre-sales. A percentage of the supply from every token pre-sale between 55% and 95% is automatically locked in our own
Token Locker for a set period of time after a pre-sale successfully finalizes. This will ensure that the liquidity cannot be removed for the time the tokens are locked. Note that
Kudex is not responsible for any activities or token pre-sales on our
Launchpad. DYOR before participating in any token pre-sale!

❓ How to participate in a token pre-sale

Step 1 β€” DYOR: Before investing in a token pre-sale, do your own research.
Step 2 β€” Choose pre-sale: Choose the token pre-sale that you want to participate in.
Step 3 β€” Buy TOKEN: Click on the 'Buy TOKEN' button to go to the tokens pre-sale page.
Step 4 β€” Amount: Enter the amount of
KCS you want to contribute in the token pre-sale and click on the 'Buy ...' button. Confirm the transaction to deposit
KCS in the token pre-sale. The maximum contribution amount of
KCS per wallet is displayed as 'User cap' in the list below the sale.
Step 5 β€” Wait until the pre-sale has ended: After the pre-sale ends, the creator of the pre-sale has to finalize it. After this has been done, you can claim your tokens on the token's pre-sale page.

❓ How to create your own pre-sale

Step 1 β€” Starting off: Deploy the contract for the token you want to sell in a pre-sale and mint the tokens to the wallet address you want to use to create the pre-sale. Make sure you disable any transfer fees before the start of a pre-sale, not doing this can cause problems with the claiming phase of the pre-sale as there won't be enough tokens left to claim.
Step 2 β€” Choose Create pre-sale: You are now redirected to a form where you can enter your pre-sale's data:
  • The token contract address
  • The amount of tokens you want to sell in the pre-sale
  • The soft cap. This is the amount of
KCS that must be reached for the pre-sale to end successfully.
  • The hard cap. This is the maximum amount of
KCS that can be contributed to the pre-sale.
  • The user cap. This is the maximum amount of KCS that can be contributed per wallet.
  • The pre-sale start date (and time).
  • The pre-sale end date (and time).
  • The percentage of liquidity that will be locked in the
Kudex Token Locker after the pre-sale ends.
  • Liquidity unlock date. This is the date that the locked liquidity will become unlockable.
  • Launch price. This will be the price of the token after the pre-sale is finalized.
  • The logo. On the next page of the pre-sale form, you can enter the url that leads directly to the logo image. If entered correctly, you will see a preview of the logo.
  • The website. Enter the url to the website or docs about your token.
  • Twitter. Enter the url to the Twitter page of your project.
  • Telegram Enter the url to the Telegram group of your project.
Step 3 β€” Check for mistakes: After you've created a pre-sale, you are not able to change any of the data except for social media links and the logo.
Step 4 β€” Approve contract: After you've filled in the form with all correct information, approve the contract by clicking on the button and pay the fee for creating the pre-sale.
Step 5 β€” Approve the deposit and deposit the tokens into the pre-Sale: After this step, your pre-sale is created and will instantly be displayed on the
Kudex Launchpad page.

❓ The bed & pillow

A portion of the unsold tokens in any pre-sale are airdropped to the
Kudex Bed, distributing them among users.
If you believe your pre-sale will send too many tokens to the Kudex bed, for instance by having an unusually high hard-cap, please contact @kudexdev on Telegram, as the pillow limit can be adjusted before finalizing the pre-sale.

❓ Platform Fees

The
Kudex Launchpad fee structure is as following:
10 000
KUD is charged for pre-sale creation.
2% of raised KCS is sent to the treasury.
2% of initial liquidity is sent to the treasury.

❓ DYOR Warnings

Our platform automatically warns users of suspicious or unusual pre-sale settings, to protect them from getting scammed.
Before creating your pre-sale, we recommend informing yourself of these warnings and especially their reasoning, so that your pre-sale can finalize successfully.
  • Supply Warning - <75% of the token's total supply is in this pre-sale.
  • Soft Cap Warning - The soft cap is <50% of the hard cap.
  • Liquidity Lock % Warning - The % of liquidity being locked is <80%
  • Liquidity Lock Date Warning - The liquidity is being unlocked in less than one month.
  • User Cap Warning - The user cap is >10%
These values should apply to most legitimate and serious pre-sales, make sure to double check all values before creating your pre-sale.
